A learning mind is an Intelligent Mind.<\/p>\n
It is not preoccupied with itself.<\/p>\n
It is not petty. It is not small.<\/p>\n
It is not preoccupied with yesterday\u2019s victory and tomorrow\u2019s apprehensions.<\/p>\n
It is not a sordid little mind which dwells on the inefficacies of human creation.<\/p>\n
It is not a mind that dwells on tiny, little victories.<\/p>\n
This is a mind that exists in all of us.<\/p>\n
We have to cast away this Little Mind and then we have the hope of being Intelligent.<\/p>\n
A Little Mind can\u2019t be Intelligent, can it?<\/p>\n
It can\u2019t be sensitive. It can\u2019t be whole.<\/p>\n
What can such a mind do? – a hell hole of human existence.<\/p>\n
Such a mind cannot be free.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, what is an Intelligent Mind?<\/p>\n
It is simple.<\/p>\n
It is constantly engaging with the nature of reality itself.<\/p>\n
It understands that the subtle is greater than the gross.<\/p>\n
It craves for the simplicity and assuredness of Intelligence.<\/p>\n
It shuns petty cravings.<\/p>\n
It kicks away the convolutions of personal victory and personal defeat.<\/p>\n
It is a mind that is not greedy and one that does not grasp.<\/p>\n
It does not seek to bring under the ambit of its control, larger swathes of existence.<\/p>\n
It is a respectful mind.<\/p>\n
It perceives another mind to be lit with the same light as its own.<\/p>\n
This is the definition of an Intelligent mind<\/p>\n
And Intelligence is open to all of us.<\/p>\n
