This 2015 article explicitates the six building block ideas of enlightened citizenship, which were tacitly proposed by Swami Ranganathananda. Much of Illumine’s work is based on these ideas.
This 2014 article proposes that it is our (India’s) “failure to mobilize” ourselves as a people is the fundamental reason for the inability to realize our potential, and articulates the ‘pyramid’ of the units of transformation needed for this mobilization.
This note (2005) introduces the concept of “inadequate transformative capacity” as the subtle form of ‘fear of change’ that incapacitates organizations and individuals in times of change, and how to build transformative capacity.
