Synthesizing the three dimensions of heroism
The heroic consciousness is awakened when an individual is able to synthesize three dimensions:
- Faith in oneself
- Dynamic capacity to contribute and engage with the world in the light of an ideal
- Obedience and responsibility towards an ideal
The heroic consciousness is awakened when the freedom seeking dimension of our personality interacts fruitfully with our willingness to serve an ideal – and this interaction forces us to dynamically engage with the world.
