The new society unfolding before us has six key dimensions
Dimension 1: The democratization of intelligence
Dimension 2: The growing importance of the human dimension of all relationships – work, personal life, society, etc.
Dimension 3: The importance of “rootedness” in ideals/ values/ shared purpose/ citizenship.
Dimension 4: The growth of the new knowledge worker – who doesn’t just work on knowledge or through knowledge but sees work as “outcome ownership”.
Dimension 5: The shift from learning to assimilation, knowing to becoming, having to evolving.
Dimension 6: The evolution of human systems as the primary driver of human collective progress.
All these dimensions together are creating a new society that is universal, human, and far less hierarchical than the present world / society.
